In observance of Veterans Day, Junior Historians sponsor a Veterans Day assembly in the high school gymnasium at 1:00. The public is welcome. A luncheon to honor veterans is also held at 12:00 in the high school library. Veterans are are invited for the luncheon by members of JH and NC faculty.

Junior Historians is an organization committed to recognizing and honoring America’s veterans and members of the military. Each year we invite the community to attend our Veterans Day assembly to honor all veterans. Students and community members participate in the event. Members of the Clarion VFW Post 2145 provide the wreath for the wreath laying ceremony. The Honor Guard from the American Legion Post 66 members also participate.
